Websites for practices

Doctors · dentists · physiotherapy · psychotherapy · naturopathy

Patients want to know quickly whether you treat what they need, when you are available and how to get an appointment. A calm, clear practice website answers exactly that – and takes pressure off your phone.

01Search

How patients search

  • physiotherapy + town
  • dermatologist appointment
  • dentist for anxious patients
  • osteopathy cost

Patients compare. They read whether the practice treats statutory or private patients, who works there and how the first appointment works. A practice that explains this openly comes across as trustworthy before a word has been spoken.

Practices & health

A practice website that works like a wayfinding system. On the left, a fixed signpost bar shows whether the practice is open right now; on the right, numbered panels. From the entrance, three coloured guide lines lead to appointments, examinations and the first visit and grow as you scroll. Consultation hours sit on a weekly clock whose hand shows the current time, and every examination has a timeline with duration and steps. Set in Atkinson Hyperlegible, a typeface designed for people with low vision.

05Questions

Questions from your industry

Can I offer online appointments?

Yes – via a lean request form or via your existing booking provider, which we integrate. We discuss beforehand what suits your practice and what it means for data protection.

How do consultation hours and holidays stay up to date?

A message is enough, and we usually change it the same day. The Care Plus plan includes 120 minutes of changes a month, plus maintenance of your Google profile.

What does a practice website cost?

From €990, one-off. In the first year hosting and care are included; after that no base fee, or care from €29 a month, cancellable monthly. We give you the exact price after the first conversation – you only pay once you're satisfied.

How can we help you?

Write to us – we will get back to you within 24 hours with an honest assessment.
